When Livia is at the gym, there are always friendly men eager to help her with her workout. They are very supportive, keenly observing her from all angles as she undertakes her stretches, and showing her the correct posture with guiding hands. With their help, she really works up a sweat. So she’s very grateful when, at the end, they kindly offer her use of their changing room too. Livia thinks the mens’ showers are so much better, it’s almost like getting another workout!
